Anthony Joshua will face Jake Paul in an eight round match which will be broadcast live on the streaming platform.
British boxer Anthony Joshua stated he will "dominate completely" Jake Paul and "break" his opponent as the two fighters met personally to promote next month's boxing match.
Former two time unified heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua battles social media star turned fighter Paul - in what is, on paper, a massive uneven pairing - at Miami's Kaseya Center on 19 December.
Fighter's Attitude
"I plan to break his face and hurt his body. I'm here to prove I'm the better fighter," Joshua, 35, said.
"I will dominate him completely. That's the boxer's mindset.
"I will seriously aim to injure him. That's what I want to do."
Respectful Exchange
Despite these statements, a relaxed Anthony Joshua and internet personality Jake Paul - usually recognized for his showmanship - shared friendly words and kept it respectful with each other.
Jake Paul rather criticized former Joshua opponent Francis Ngannou and described him as "not serious" after Ngannou declined a fight offer.
Targeting Fury
Anthony Joshua, at the same time, criticized British opponent Tyson Fury - and refused a £1m bet 'The Gypsy King' states he will put on a Paul victory.
"[Paul] is better than Fury - he's present here," the boxer stated.
"I acknowledge that."
Legitimate Fighter
Despite stating he plans to punish Paul, Anthony Joshua chose not to speak negatively about his opponent's fighting skills.
"Jake Paul is a serious fighter," he remarked.
Jake Paul's History
Paul - who initially became famous on the television network - has primarily boxed MMA fighters or faded names since entering professional boxing.
He lost to Briton Fury in last year.
Commercial Attraction
Still, the novice remains one of boxing's biggest money-making draws, regularly earning substantial paydays.
Forecast and Confidence
The 28-year-old forecast a KO victory in round four or five and asserted he would stop the highly-expected match between Joshua and Fury, which is allegedly in the works for 2026.
"It's going to be me versus Tyson Fury in the coming year," Paul stated.
Physical Disparity
As Joshua and Paul participated in the traditional confrontation, with their size difference on show, it emphasized just how surprising this whole event is - and how astonishing it is that the match is actually going ahead.
