Sir Keir Starmer plans to press supporting countries to provide Ukrainian forces with further advanced missile systems to hit enemy locations during discussions in London on Friday.

The prime minister is set to welcome President Volodymyr Zelensky alongside referred to as "alliance of supportive nations", comprising numerous of Kyiv's partners who have pledged to grant Ukraine defense assurances once hostilities pause is arranged.

The Ukrainian leader has been pleading for an extended period for more advanced missile technology from allied countries, an action that Moscow has stated would intensify the hostilities.
